I'm not sure if others have suffered a similar misfortune, but I just want to pass along two words: BUYER BEWARE!
My Bass Pro wouldn't turn on after just three months during which time it was used maybe around 10 times. The response I got on my ticket when I opened it was that it was a "special edition" that was put together for a specific retailer. Hence, they declined responsibility and support. Guitar Center is the retailer and they, not surprisingly, had the same type of response: I need to go to the manufacturer.
As the saying goes: "I shoulda known better..." One Hundred and Forty buckaroos down the toilet!
To my fellow NYNE purchasers I can only say good luck with your purchases and support...
